Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Nevajobs platform. Acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy is recorded when you tick the box at sign-up or on the account-area notice. Browsing public jobs does not require that acceptance.
1. Acceptance
To create an account, or to keep using the account area if you already have one, you tick a box that is not pre-selected: you declare that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including the AI application score (shown to the employer) and automatic intro-video moderation. If you use Nevajobs on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Nevajobs is a digital marketplace connecting candidates with direct seasonal and winter-resort employers across European destinations and, when the listing says so, with recruitment agencies posting in their own name. We provide job listings, candidate profiles, application tools, assisted matching and paid contact-unlock features.
We are not an employment agency, a temporary-work agency, or a party to the employment relationship between candidates and the publisher. We do not select staff on behalf of a hotel, we do not charge candidates a placement fee, and we do not guarantee hiring outcomes or the accuracy of user-submitted information.
Open job listings that are not manually updated within 45 days are automatically deleted from the portal.
The candidate radar is visible only to registered employers, inside their dashboard. It is not a public directory.
2bis. Matching and AI tools
Nevajobs provides compatibility scores and AI-assisted tools to rank jobs and candidates. These tools are indicative and do not replace the employer’s or candidate’s human judgement.
Nevajobs does not guarantee any particular match outcome or that a high score implies a hire. Technical description, variables, exclusions, non-use of biometrics/video in the score, data correction and complaints are at https://www.nevajobs.eu/legal/match and in the Privacy Policy.
Employers must not use matching in an unlawfully discriminatory way. Candidates must keep profile data accurate.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at info@nevajobs.eu.
4. Employer obligations
Employers agree to:
• Publish truthful, current and non-discriminatory job listings. • Use candidate contact data only for legitimate recruitment related to the listed role or unlocked profile. • Not share, resell or use candidate data for purposes unrelated to recruitment. • Comply with applicable employment, equality and data-protection laws in their jurisdiction. • Pay for contact unlocks, credit packs and featured job listings as described on the platform and at Stripe checkout. • Stand behind the accuracy of what they publish. A recruitment-agency account must not present itself as the hotel or the end employer. • Diverting applications off Nevajobs is prohibited. Do not include in the job listing, company profile or any text visible without an unlock an email, phone number, WhatsApp, social account, website or link so the candidate can apply or write to you outside the platform. Candidate contact is obtained through the paid unlock. If this rule is breached, Nevajobs may remove the listing and suspend or close the account. • You accept that a Nevajobs administrator may change or correct your job listing without prior consent if they detect an anomaly, error, misleading content, prohibited contact details or any other breach of these Terms or the law.
4bis. Recruitment agencies
A recruitment agency may use an employer account to publish mountain-season vacancies already covered by the Nevajobs catalogue, if it meets all of the following:
• It identifies itself as an agency. The listing shows its name and the «Recruitment agency» label. The ad states that the employment contract will be with a client of the agency, who may not be named in the listing. • It declares a current authorisation to recruit in its country of establishment and that it will comply with the law of the country where the work is performed. That licence is the agency's obligation, not Nevajobs'. • It does not charge the candidate a placement fee. • It is not a temporary-work agency and does not supply workers: it does not publish as the legal employer that places staff at a third party's disposal. • Before sending the CV or contact details to its client, and before an interview with that client, it tells the candidate who the end employer is. • It uses unlocked data only for that vacancy. From the unlock onward, the agency is an independent controller of the processing it carries out and of the disclosure to its client. • It does not publish the same role while pretending to be the hotel.
Nevajobs may reject, suspend or remove agency accounts and listings that breach these rules. Agency accounts are reviewed manually before they can publish.
5. Candidate obligations
Candidates agree to:
• Provide accurate profile and CV information. • Use verified language badges and verifications honestly. • Not misrepresent qualifications, availability or work authorisation. • Understand that employers only see full contact details after a paid unlock, except what they choose to show publicly. • The intro video lets an employer see and hear you before unlocking contact. It does not add match points. If it is approved, you are featured that season at your catalog stations. You appear on an employer's radar only if you also say you are there and can start now, and that employer has published jobs there.
6. Payments, billing and guarantees
Paid features are processed securely with Stripe. All prices are shown and charged in euros (EUR). Billing and support email: info@nevajobs.eu.
Employers (B2B — pay-per-unlock, no plan subscriptions): • 1 credit = 1 candidate contact unlock (email, phone and 30-day chat). Profile, CV (without contact details), intro video and certifications are already visible without a credit. Indicative unit price: €12 + VAT. • Credit packs: 10 (€99), 25 (€225) or 50 (€380), discounted vs buying singles. Employer prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT or other applicable tax is calculated at Stripe Checkout from your billing address and VAT ID if provided. • Featuring a job listing on the portal: 3 credits (not a separate Stripe charge). • New employer accounts may receive two welcome credits under the conditions shown on the platform.
Candidates (consumers — B2C): • Applying to jobs and downloading the Nevajobs CV PDF is free. • The intro video is free. You have 48 hours from registration to upload one video per profile language. After that a new language cannot be added. A pending or rejected video in that language can be retried. Candidates are not charged for the video or for profile visibility. • Approved intro video: for the current winter season (1 November to 30 April; approval from May to October counts toward the season that starts in November) you are featured at the catalog stations on your profile. You appear on a registered employer's radar only if you also say you are at the resort and can start now, and that employer has published jobs there. It is not a charge and it does not change the match percentage. If you pause your search you drop off; when you resume, the highlight returns until that season ends.
Invoicing: Stripe emails a PDF invoice after payment. You can also download it from Billing in your dashboard. We keep invoices for the legal retention period (usually 6 years).
Withdrawal: EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts. Nevajobs products are digital content and services performed immediately. By paying you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the service has started or the credit is added, you lose the withdrawal right (Spanish TRLGDCU art. 103.m), except where mandatory law says otherwise. Business customers (B2B) have no consumer withdrawal right.
Purchased credits do not expire. Any commercial refund (including the contact guarantee or other documented cases) is never automatic: email info@nevajobs.eu with the reason and evidence. Only an administrator can approve it.
Contact guarantee: if the unlocked email or phone does not work, or the candidate confirms they are no longer available, you may request a refund of that credit at info@nevajobs.eu. Only an administrator can approve it after review.
Nevajobs does not store full payment card details.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, job descriptions, logos). You grant Nevajobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and process that content solely to operate the service. We may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms, applicable law or third-party rights.
A Nevajobs administrator may change the content of a published job listing without the publisher's prior consent when they detect an anomaly or a breach, to protect candidates and the integrity of the portal.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
• Scrape, spam or automate abuse of the platform. • Circumvent the paid candidate-contact unlock, for example by publishing in the job description, profile or any visible content an email, phone number or other means for the candidate to write or apply outside Nevajobs, or by systematic screenshots or other ways of bypassing contact redaction. • Harass, discriminate or post unlawful, defamatory or misleading content. • Impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts. • Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. We tell you by email, except where there is fraud or an ongoing security risk.
Offensive language or insults in chat are hidden with asterisks. The account is closed only if Nevajobs decides to do so after review.
9. Limitation of liability
Nevajobs is provided «as is» to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for hiring decisions, employment relationships, user-generated content, indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation (including mandatory EU consumer rights).
10. Termination
You may close your account from your profile. You can also email info@nevajobs.eu. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, legal requirements or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (payments, liability limits, governing law) will remain in effect.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer, you can contact the consumer authority in your country. In Spain, see https://www.consumo.gob.es. Data-protection complaints can go to the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile where required by consumer law; otherwise to competent courts in Spain.
