Nevajobs is a digital intermediation platform for publishing and searching seasonal and winter-resort jobs in European ski and mountain destinations. It connects candidates with employers in the private snow sector and, when the listing says so, with recruitment agencies posting in their own name. Nevajobs is not an employment agency or a temporary-work agency. The candidate radar is available only to registered employers in their dashboard. An approved intro video features the candidate for the current winter season at their stations, without changing the match score. That radar only shows people who said they are at the resort and can start now, at the stations of that employer's published jobs.

Nevajobs acts as an intermediation platform. We are not a party to employment contracts or negotiations between candidates and employers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency or legality of user-submitted listings or profiles, or uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue site features for maintenance, security or force majeure.

The Nevajobs name, logo, design, site structure and platform code are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.

User-uploaded content (CVs, listings, images) remains the property of its respective owners. By publishing it on Nevajobs, users grant the rights necessary for display on the platform under the Terms of Use.

The contracting process is: (1) choose the product on the platform, (2) enter or confirm billing details and pay on Stripe Checkout, (3) on-screen confirmation and a PDF invoice or receipt to the email provided.

The contract language is the interface language (Spanish, English, French, German, Italian or Catalan). The contract is not filed in a public registry; we keep the payment record and invoice for the legal period.
