Who appears on the radar?
People who said they are at that resort now and can start immediately and meet your job requirements. Those are profile statements, not a GPS check. They only appear at stations where you have published jobs.
How is location verified?
There is no geolocation or biometrics. Being at the resort and ready to start is the candidate's own statement, and they can change it. If you need certainty, check it in the conversation.
How much does it cost?
Browsing Radar and viewing profiles/video/CV is free. Opening email, phone and 30-day chat costs 1 unlock credit — the same price as elsewhere in the panel (including welcome credits on signup, if applicable).
What response time is promised?
None. There is no minutes-or-hours SLA. Radar helps find profiles declared available; a candidate reply is not guaranteed.
Did the candidate consent to urgent contact?
Someone appears on a registered employer's radar only if they say they are at the resort and can start now, at a station where that employer has published jobs. There is no separate consent for a 24/7 urgent call. Full contact opens only after a paid unlock (or the welcome credits, if they apply). They can pause their search at any time and then drop off the radar.
