Job description
At la escuela Sierra Nevada we are looking for an organized, proactive person with a passion for customer service to join our school for the winter season.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Face-to-face, telephone, and online customer service.
- Booking management and instructor schedule organization.
- Support via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Information and advice on lessons, equipment rental, and activities.
- Coordination with the instructor team for the smooth running of the day.

- Organized and proactive.
- Empathetic with excellent customer service skills.
- Possesses good oral and written communication.
- Capable of working in a team and under pressure during high season.
- Fluent in English (essential).
