Assistant Manager

We are looking for our future assistant manager for our shop in Chamonix.

Internal training on all la maison processes.

Experience as a Barista is a plus.

Position starts from June. We are looking for someone ready to join the team long-term and not just for the summer season.

As an assistant manager at l'établissement, you will supervise, together with the store manager, all operations of your point of sale: from team management and customer experience to financial performance and compliance with company operational standards.

Your mission is to offer exceptional service, guarantee the quality of our products, and contribute to the company's growth in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

You will inspire and develop a motivated team, uphold our brand values, and act as a true ambassador for l'établissement. This position reports directly to the Shop Manager and the Operations team.
