Job description
Join our team at EXTRENIEVE Escuela de Esqui for this winter season. We are looking for dynamic individuals passionate about the snow sports world who want to be part of our customer service team in our ski shop. We work in a vibrant environment where service quality and attention to detail are fundamental to ensuring our customers have the best possible experience during their snow holiday. As a shop assistant, your daily tasks will include welcoming and advising customers on the available ski and snowboard equipment. You will be responsible for managing and organizing stock at the point of sale, ensuring all equipment is correctly displayed and ready for use. You will handle the rental and sales process, adjusting bindings according to each user's technical needs. Additionally, you will manage cash register transactions, maintain the order and cleanliness of the establishment, and address any queries or issues that may arise during the workday.
