1. Housekeeping and F&B
Always high volume. Fewer written-language requirements, more stamina and shifts. Ideal first season. Highlight staff house and full-season availability to raise match.
2. Kitchen and kitchen help
- Strong peaks at Christmas and February.
- Food-handler cert and high-volume experience help a lot.
- Couples who accept staff house often close faster.
3. Front desk and guest relations
Fewer seats, higher spoken-language bar. A bilingual intro video converts better than a long CV. With only one language, target resorts/hotels in your language zone.
4. Rental and mountain retail
Steady demand at opening and weekends. Gear knowledge and basic French/English help. Good bridge if you come from sports retail.
5. Instructors and patrollers
- High demand but hard filter by certification (ESI, ESF, BASI…).
