- High match with no hard blockers (languages / dates / resort).
- Video shows the job’s language clearly.
- Dates and housing fit your operation.
- You will message within 24–48 hours.
When to wait
- No video or a generic clip when the role needs languages.
- Vague availability (‘from December’ with no dates).
- You already have 3–4 open chats unanswered.
A healthy spend rhythm
